Position Overview NRG is seeking motivated, experienced Recruiters to work under a Team Lead Recruiter in a fully remote, commission-based role. This is a great opportunity for recruiters who want flexibility, strong leadership support, and the ability to grow within a structured recruiting team while earning uncapped commissions. Recruiters at NRG focus on sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for client openings assigned by the Team Lead Recruiter. You are not alone — you will work closely with leadership, sales, and operations to ensure success.
