JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a full time desk recruiter to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting, sales, and account management with the desire to develop and grown your own territory. This position is fully remote, full commission opportunity with unlimited earning potential. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Drive business development, land clients, negotiate contracts and manage accounts. • Source, recruit, and screen qualified healthcare professionals nationwide. • Conduct interviews and present top candidates to clients. • Negotiate and cloes offers to ensure successful placements. • Onboard new hires and provide ongoing support. • Maintain and grow strong relationships with both clients and candidates. • Other Duties as Assigned. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. • 2-5 years full cycle recruiting experience (MUST HAVE business development experience). • Must have strong sales and be willing to cold call for results. • An entrepreneurial mindset but with corporate support.
