Recruiter Needed – VP of Affiliate Marketing Search
We're a growing fintech business looking to hire an experienced recruiter to source and vet candidates for a VP of Affiliate Marketing role.
About the role you'll be filling:
This is a senior leadership position — not an affiliate manager. We need someone who can build an affiliate marketing division from scratch: hiring and managing a team of affiliate managers, forging relationships with top-tier affiliates and networks, and owning the entire affiliate channel as a revenue driver.
The ideal candidate you'll source will have:
- Proven experience leading affiliate programs at scale (ideally $10M+ in affiliate-driven revenue)
- Strong existing relationships in the affiliate/performance marketing industry
- Experience building and managing teams of affiliate managers
- Deep knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and deal structures
What we need from you:
- Experience recruiting for senior marketing or performance marketing roles
- A strong network or clear sourcing strategy for finding this caliber of candidate
- Ability to screen, qualify, and deliver a shortlist of vetted candidates
- Clear communication and structured updates throughout the process
