Recruiter (Global Talent – High Volume Screening) Compensation $700-800 USD per month (base salary) Performance bonus: up to $150 USD monthly (based on results) Terms Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (CET) Weekends off 13th Salary (after one year) Paid holidays: Christmas, New Year, Easter 5 days PTO About the Role We’re looking for a focused and reliable Recruiter to support our global hiring efforts. This is a high-volume screening role, where you’ll conduct short, structured interviews (up to 15 minutes) and maintain a steady pipeline of candidates. Your workday is 9 hours (including a 30-minute break), with approximately 8.5 hours dedicated to interviews and related tasks (calls and notes). Your role is to consistently fill your calendar with screening interviews, conduct them, and document outcomes. You will spend a large part of your day on back-to-back calls, speaking with candidates from different countries and backgrounds. You’ll work closely with the People & Talent Lead, who manages hiring decisions - your role is to ensure consistency, organization, and high-quality screening. Importantly, you will not be responsible for sourcing or reviewing applications - this part of the process is handled by a separate team, allowing you to fully focus on interviews and candidate screening. This is a highly structured, output-driven role, where consistency and daily volume are key to success.
