Talent Solutions Manager - Finance & Accounting Focus

Are you a Recruiter with a passion for Finance & Accounting and a knack for connecting top talent with the right opportunities? We're seeking a Talent Solutions Manager to join our team and make a significant impact!

In this role, you'll leverage your Finance and Accounting recruiting expertise to:
• Proactively source and attract top-tier Finance & Accounting professionals.
• Match client needs with the best talent, ensuring exceptional satisfaction.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening to offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Utilize innovative tools and social media to enhance candidate experience and amplify our brand.
• Build strong partnerships internally and externally.

What you'll bring:
• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience, specifically within the Finance & Accounting sector.
• A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and related concepts.
• Proven success in sourcing, screening, and placing Finance & Accounting talent.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with recruiting technologies and social media.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field highly preferred. CPA, CMA, CFA a plus!

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
