Recruiter (Clinical) - Remote from Virginia

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified talent to meet our organization’s needs. You will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, a proactive approach to recruiting, along with familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms. Responsibilities Include: • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes to identify, engage, and hire qualified talent for various positions across behavioral health locations and sites. • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, requirements, and team dynamics to ensure successful hires. • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods and tools, including online job boards, passive and active talent pools, social media, and professional networks, to build a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline. • Conduct through candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, role and team fit, and commitment to delivering high quality compassionate behavioral health care. • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in the behavioral health field, staying current with industry trends and best practices. • Foster a positive and inclusive candidate experience from application to onboarding, providing timely follow up and professional feedback to candidates. • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners including educational institutions, professional organizations, and community resources to enhance recruitment network. • Utilize recruitment tools including Applicant Track Systems (ATS) and other software involved in the hiring and onboarding process. • Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate records, communication logs, interview and other notes in Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Keep at KPI tracker to measure overall recruitment efficiency, effectiveness and progress towards monthly and quarterly goals, use as aid in 1 on 1's and quarterly bonus reviews. • Performs all other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualification: EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field. EXPERIENCE • One year in recruiting or human resources is preferred but not mandatory. • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Paycom or Rippling is advantageous. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS • Familiarity with sourcing tools and job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Handshake etc. • Knowledge of behavioral health terminology, industry trends, and regulatory requirements is preferred. • Strong understanding of proactive recruiting strategies and techniques. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
