Key Responsibilities:
Teach and lead programs, classes, and activities in specialized areas such as art, dance, drama, music, and sports
Design and plan curriculum and activities that promote community engagement and social interaction
Provide staff training and oversee the use of recreation equipment and facilities
Perform administrative duties, coordinate special events and programs, and maintain records and inventory
Build and maintain relationships with community members, participants, and stakeholders
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of professional-level experience in a related field, paid or volunteer
Demonstrated teaching skills in a specialized area of interest
Ability to work with diverse populations and age groups
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Bilingual skills in Spanish, Cantonese, and Mandarin are highly desirable
