Key Responsibilities:

Lead and assist with indoor and outdoor recreation activities, such as arts and crafts, games, sports, and social events
Provide support and encouragement to participants, promoting enthusiasm and creating positive experiences
Assist with organizing socials, tournaments, dances, festivals, camping trips, and special events
Prepare program materials, announcements, and bulletins to promote activities
Provide personal care and support to participants, including feeding, bathroom needs, and lifting, as needed


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
No prior experience necessary - we provide training and support
Ability to speak and write effectively, and establish positive relationships with participants and colleagues
Basic first aid knowledge and ability to demonstrate patience, energy, and enthusiasm
Must be at least 18 years old and pass a physical exam, background check, and tuberculosis screening test
