As a Receptionist/Typist Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers. In addition to managing the front desk, you will also be responsible for typing various documents and correspondence for our team.
Ā *Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Type and proofread documents, reports, and emails
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
