Position Summary: We are looking for a part time medical receptionist for our busy Orthopaedic clinic. Must provide a good first impression and give friendly, quality customer service over the phone. Looking for a self-starter who finds value in working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions: Answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments appropriately, making outbound calls as needed. Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining and updating personal and financial information. Contributes to team by accomplishing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older to apply. High school diploma. Customer service. Telephone skills. Attention to detail. Must be available to work listed hours.
Hours: Part time: Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Additional Notes: This position will train in office and eventually transition to a work from home position. Must have appropriate conditions to work from home including reliable internet, secure office space, etc.
