About the Role:
As a Receptionist at The Winslow, you will:
? Provide professional communication, customer service, and assistance to residents, visitors, callers, and staff.
? Manage and organize administrative tasks, including mail distribution, supplies, and workroom organization.
? Maintain confidentiality, effective communication skills, and participate in meetings as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
? High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
? 1+ year of front desk experience or customer service experience preferred.
Skills:
? Ability to clearly and compassionately communicate with residents, families, and staff, both in person and over the phone.
? Effectively manages multiple tasks such as scheduling, mail distribution, and document handling.
? Strong understanding of resident privacy and confidentiality requirements, especially regarding health information.
Attributes:
? Patience and empathy.
? Professionalism and customer service mindset.
? Attention to detail.
Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $15 - $16/hr. DOE
