Become the Receptionist you always wanted to be
ย Answer all incoming calls and route to appropriate area or individual.
ย Greet all visitors; assist them in signing in and wearing badge.
ย Enter and scan deposits, charges, and adjustments as directed.
ย Run and distribute census reports each morning and at end of day.
ย Assist in the entry of information related to admits, discharges, and physician changes.
ย Scan all correspondence and any miscellaneous items.
ย Check all therapy charges and attach census to back of each therapist's batch.
Qualifications
ย High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
ย Working knowledge of switchboard equipment preferred.
ย Ability to use computer systems and complete data entry is preferred.
ย Knowledge of 10-key data entry method preferred.
ย Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate, analyze, and make decisions.
ย Flexibility to work varied shifts (weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights) as required.
