? Greet customers upon arrival and direct accordingly.
? Answer and direct incoming calls. Provide customers with company information such as store hours/location, and answer other general inquiries.
? Input customer data into customer management system.
? Accurately follow the process of accepting new inventory in a timely manner.
? Work directly with store management in controlling customer flow.
? Other duties assigned by management.
? High School Diploma or equivalent.
? Prior Customer Service or Dealership experience is a preferred.
? Must have excellent organizational skills.
? Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
? Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
? Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
? Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is necessary.
