What's Included in Elevate?
Elevate is only $50 per month and 20% commission per closing.Elevate offers expert-led productivity coaching and structured goal-setting sessions, all designed to refine your skills, boost efficiency, and drive consistent growth. Elevate runs targeted digital advertising campaigns, including Meta Lead Ads and landing pages, to generate and deliver high-quality buyer and seller leads directly to you.
Elevate offers full-service marketing, including a custom agent website with automated social media posting, branded Houseopedia content, lead generation campaigns, market reports, email newsletters, and high-impact listing marketing materials.
Transaction Coordinators (TC) will handle 90% of closing and non-revenue generating tasks involved in a real estate transaction. You stay compliant, get paid, and have fewer headaches. Professional marketing done for you, including listing materials, social media campaigns, and fresh branding, so you can attract more clients with ease. We handle the administrative heavy lifting, from transaction management to back-office tasks, freeing you to focus on closing more deals.
