I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support my real estate business. Your main tasks will include:
- Pulling comps (comparable property sales) using the MLS or platforms like Zillow
- Performing basic title searches on real estate properties
- Entering property data into spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
- Researching property history and relevant ownership information
No prior experience is required, but you must be willing to learn, follow instructions, and complete tasks accurately. Training will be provided. You should have:
- Good English reading and writing skills
- A stable internet connection and a computer
- The ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
Budget: $2-3/hour
Hours: 30–40 hours per week (long-term opportunity)
