Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Cold Calling & Admin Support)

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Real Estate Cold Calling Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads by making outbound cold calls and sending text messages to potential property sellers and buyers. Your efforts will help grow our real estate business by identifying motivated prospects and setting appointments for our acquisitions or sales team. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound cold calls to property owners, buyers, and leads from provided lists. • Send follow-up text messages to prospects to engage and qualify leads. • Identify motivated sellers and interested buyers through effective communication. • Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales/acquisitions team. • Maintain accurate records of calls, texts, and lead status in our CRM system. • Follow up on leads as directed to maximize conversion opportunities. • Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities. Requirements: • Excellent English communication skills—clear, professional, and persuasive phone and texting manner. • Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing preferred. • Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. • Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer tools. Compensation: • This is a remote position with a pay rate ranging from $3 to $6 per hour, based on experience and performance. Working Hours: • Flexible hours, part-time or full-time availability preferred. • Ability to work during US business hours is a plus.
