Compensation:
$15 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
• Manage the pre-contract process, including document prep and tracking
• Draft real estate documents (offers, agreements, addenda)
• Input and update property listings in the MLS
• Monitor compliance and follow up on missing paperwork
• Support the coordination team with tasks
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team
• Stay organized and meet all task deadlines using our internal systems
Qualifications:
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed
• Texas Real Estate License
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with real estate contracts or transaction processes
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in real estate admin, customer service, or transaction coordination is a plus
