Salary: $200,000 – $250,000

This is a remote-first opportunity with optional access to their award-winning Las Olas office (SFBJ Finalist for "Coolest Offices").You’ll work with complex real estate clients — office buildings, malls, apartment rentals — preparing partnership tax returns and navigating special allocations between partners.Requirements:CPA (or all parts passed)1+ year as Tax Manager or Senior Tax AssociateBig 4 or Top 100 CPA firm experience (mandatory)GPA 3.4+ from a top university (UF, FSU, UM, etc.)3+ years working primarily on real estate partnershipsPerks:Up to 6–10 weeks of PTO (plus optional compressed work weeks)Only 1,550 billable hours/year — one of the lowest in the industryNo Fridays if work is completedFully remote + Access to premium Las Olas officeRecently recongnized as a Top 10 Best Places to Work in South FloridaIf you’re ready to join a team that values your
