Boost direct bookings through strategic social media efforts.
Attract co-hosting clients—property owners who want our team to manage their STRs.
Build a credible and recognizable brand authority in the STR and hospitality space.
What We Need Help With
Social Media Strategy & Execution: Create and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest to promote bookings and generate co-hosting leads.
Content Creation: Reels, carousels, testimonials, and property showcases.
Paid Advertising: Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok for dual targets—travelers and property owners.
Lead Nurturing: Engage via DMs, comment replies, and CRM workflows to move leads through the funnel.
Performance Reporting: Track and report key metrics such as ROI, engagement rates, booking conversions, and co-hosting leads.
What We're Looking For
Whether you’re a solo freelancer or a full-service agency, you should have:
Proven experience in STR, real estate, or hospitality marketing.
A strong portfolio of organic and paid campaigns.
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Canva, CapCut, and relevant scheduling tools.
Familiarity with STR platforms (Airbnb, Guesty, Hostaway) and industry trends (dynamic pricing, co-hosting models, etc.).
Nice to Have
Email marketing and SEO capabilities.
Experience using STR software tools like PriceLabs or Hostaway.
