Position: Real Estate Partner
We are hiring a Real Estate Partner with deep experience in Texas-based real estate transactions. This role is designed for attorneys with a portable book of business or strong business development skills who want to grow in a modern, flexible firm environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Counsel clients on commercial and residential real estate transactions
• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and closing documents
• Advise on title, zoning, and land use issues
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships
• Maintain high standards of service and professionalism
What We're Looking For
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas
• 8+ years of real estate law experience, particularly in transactional matters
• Proven ability to generate or maintain client business
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
