Real Estate Lead Manager (Remote – Egypt)

This is a fully remote role with a competitive base, uncapped commissions, and direct exposure to real estate investing and acquisitions. You are not just dialing. You are the voice and trust-builder for our sellers.
What You’ll Do
• Handle 60+ inbound and outbound calls daily with motivated homeowners
• Build rapport, uncover seller motivation, and qualify real estate leads
• Manage follow-ups and detailed notes in ReSimply CRM
• Book qualified appointments for the acquisitions team
• Track KPIs and maintain clean, accurate data
• Use tools like Excel, PropStream, and Zillow daily
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of sales development or call-based sales experience
• Strong verbal communication skills and clear phone presence
• Highly organized, process-driven, and CRM-focused
• Emotionally intelligent, resilient, and confident speaking with homeowners
• Self-motivated and accountable in a remote environment
• Ability to work fully remote from Egypt
Bonus Experience
• U.S. real estate
• Wholesaling
• Construction or property-related sales
