Real Estate Lead Gen & Ad Specialist (Must Know Compliance & Retargeting)

I am a high-volume real estate agent in Hot Springs, Arkansas, looking for an experienced digital marketing specialist to manage my end-to-end lead generation and retargeting efforts. I am not looking for "brand awareness" or "social media posting"—I am looking for a direct-response expert who can deliver qualified leads who are ready to buy or sell.

The primary objectives for this role are:

Google Ads (Search & Local Service Ads): Capture high-intent traffic from people actively searching for real estate services in Hot Springs.

Retargeting Funnel: Build and maintain a sophisticated retargeting campaign (Google Display/Meta) to keep my brand in front of website visitors for 30–90 days.

Compliance: You must be an expert in Meta and Google’s "Special Ad Category" (Housing) regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring all ad campaigns are compliant to avoid account flags or bans.

CRM Integration: You must ensure every lead generated flows instantly and cleanly into my CRM ([Insert your CRM name, e.g., Follow Up Boss/kvCORE]) so I can contact them within minutes.

You must have proven experience with:

Setting up Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion API tracking.

Managing a monthly ad budget with strict "negative keyword" protocols to minimize wasted spend.

Writing ad copy and creating visuals that convert for the real estate niche.

A/B testing ad creative and landing pages to lower my Cost Per Lead (CPL).
