A growing Southern California real estate team is seeking a motivated and professional Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to support lead follow-up and appointment setting efforts.
This role focuses on connecting with prospective buyers and sellers, qualifying interest, and scheduling appointments for licensed agents. The position offers remote work flexibility with part-time scheduling options.
This is a performance-focused role designed for individuals who are comfortable speaking with prospects and working toward measurable goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact prospective buyers and sellers using company-provided leads
• Engage in professional conversations to understand client needs and timeline
• Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for sales agents
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
• Accurately track communication and activity using CRM systems
• Collaborate with agents to support a smooth client experience
• Participate in training and team meetings as scheduled
Qualifications:
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with new contacts by phone
• Self-motivated with good time management skills
• Ability to handle objections professionally
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM systems
• Sales, customer service, or real estate experience preferred but not required
Work Requirements:
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Quiet workspace suitable for business calls
• Ability to commit approximately 10–25 hours per week
• Availability for scheduled check-ins and team collaboration

• Bilingual skills
• Prior inside sales, outbound calling, or real estate experience
• Familiarity with CRM or dialing systems
