Real Estate Inside Sales or Acquisition Manager (Remote)
Position Overview
• Role: Real Estate Acquisition Manager or Inside Sales Representative
• Location: Remote Worldwide mainly USA Egypt, SouthAfrica, Europe, LATAM
• Rate 1 week Trial Period: $3/hour
• Rate after completion of Trial Period: $6/Hr
• Working Hours: Fixed 40hrs a week ( Flexible Mon-Sun 9AM EST - 9PM EST)
Commission Structure:
• Target Gross Deal Spread for Commission Objectives: $25,000
• $500 commission for every closed deal where the target spread is reached.
• 1% commission for any deals under the target gross spread.
• Monthly Bonus:
• 10% profit sharing of any revenue over $100K closed within a single month
• Example: $200K in revenue = $20,000 bonus check.
• Yearly Bonus:
• 1% of yearly individual revenue.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls from sellers; gather and record property details.
• Follow up with previously contacted sellers.
• Negotiate purchase prices effectively and close deals.
• Assist with additional real estate-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
• At least 1 year of phone sales experience.
• At least 1 year of real estate experience (wholesaling preferred).
• Fluent English with strong grammar.
• Persuasive, confident communicator with excellent phone etiquette.
• Reliable internet and phone connection.
• Quiet and professional home workspace.
