Real Estate Finance In-House Counsel
State Farm is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Finance In-House Counsel to join our team. This individual will have the opportunity to provide legal advice and counsel on all aspects of real estate finance transactions for the company. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of real estate finance and the ability to effectively manage deals and negotiate with external counsel, lenders, and other parties. We are looking for a professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will also have a law degree and at least five years of experience in real estate finance law, as well as experience in a corporate in-house legal department.
