We’re Hiring: A Dispo Manager (Real Estate Wholesale – Novations)
Are you a deal-closer with a passion for real estate? Join our fast-paced novation wholesale team as a Dispo Manager and take charge of managing buyers, coordinating agent relationships, and pushing deals across the finish line!
What You’ll Do:
• Manage relationships with agents and end buyers
• Coordinate MLS listings with agent partners
• Handle showings, offers, and contracts
• Communicate with title companies to ensure smooth closings
• Maximize the assignment or management fee per deal
What You Bring:
• Hustle, follow-up, and strong negotiation skills
• Familiarity with novation contracts (or a willingness to learn quickly)
• Experience working with buyers or agents in the wholesale space

Compensation:
$100,000 at-plan earnings
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with real estate agents to get properties listed on the MLS
• Manage buyer relationships and follow up on offers and interest
• Negotiate terms with agents and investors to maximize profit per deal
• Facilitate showings, inspections, and buyer walkthroughs
• Track deal progress and ensure timely closings with title companies
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular updates to the team
• Troubleshoot issues to keep deals moving to the finish line
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in real estate, dispositions, or wholesale preferred
• Strong understanding of novation deals and real estate contracts (or quick learner)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deals at once
• CRM proficiency (e.g., Resimpli, Podio, Salesforce)
• Ability to build and maintain strong agent and buyer relationships
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
