Disposition Manager – Real Estate Wholesaling Tampa Bay, FL | Full-Time | Elite Cash Buyers is a high-volume real estate wholesale company based in the Tampa Bay area. We’re looking for a results-driven Disposition Manager to exclusively handle the sale of our wholesale deals to cash buyers. This is a commission-only role designed for experienced salespeople who want uncapped earning potential. No contracts. No title work. All paperwork and closings are handled by our Transaction Coordinator — your focus is selling deals fast and maximizing assignment fees. What You’ll Be Responsible For • Disposition of properties once under contract • Marketing deals to our cash buyer list via email, SMS, calls, and CRM • Building and maintaining relationships with active investors • Hosting showings and answering buyer questions • Creating urgency and competition among buyers • Negotiating assignment price and buyer terms • Selecting the best buyer and passing the deal to our Transaction Coordinator • Updating CRM with buyer activity and feedback • Providing pricing and market feedback to acquisitions What Success Looks Like • Fast buyer selection (days, not weeks) • Strong assignment fees • Clean buyer communication • High close rate with qualified buyers • Consistent investor engagement What We’re Looking For • Real estate wholesaling or investor sales experience strongly preferred • Proven closer with strong negotiation skills • Confident communicator (phone-first mentality) • Self-motivated, accountable, and organized • Comfortable handling multiple active deals • Familiarity with the Tampa Bay investor market is a plus • CRM experience preferred Compensation • Commission-only, paid per closed deal • Uncapped income potential • Higher volume = higher earnings • Clear expectations and deal flow provided Why This Role Works • You focus only on sales — not paperwork • Transaction Coordinator handles all contracts & title • Established deal flow and systems • No lead generation required • True performance-based upside How to Apply Send your resume and a brief message including: • Your wholesale or investor sales experience • Your average deal volume (if applicable) • Why commission-only excites you Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
