Duties

Ā Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
Ā Collaborate with property management teams to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ā Ensure compliance with real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and other relevant guidelines.
Ā Maintain organized records of all analyses, reports, and correspondence related to real estate transactions.
