Real Estate Course Instructor (New York)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and certified New York Real Estate Instructor to develop and deliver high-quality online real estate courses. The ideal candidate has strong industry experience, is approved to teach in New York, and can create engaging digital course materials. Ability to teach or communicate in Mandarin is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop, update, and maintain online real estate course materials in compliance with New York State Department of State (NYDOS) requirements
ā¢ Deliver live and prerecorded online real estate courses, including pre-licensing and/or continuing education
ā¢ Create instructional content such as slide presentations, videos, quizzes, and supplemental learning materials
ā¢ Ensure all course content reflects current New York real estate laws, regulations, and best practices
ā¢ Engage students through interactive online instruction and clear explanations of real-world concepts
ā¢ Provide academic support, feedback, and clarification to students as needed
ā¢ Maintain accurate instructional records and comply with all state and program requirements
ā¢ Collaborate with curriculum and administrative teams to enhance course quality
Qualifications
ā¢ Minimum 3ā5 years of professional experience in New York real estate
ā¢ Active New York real estate license in good standing
ā¢ Certified and NYDOS-approved Real Estate Instructor (or eligible for approval)
ā¢ Prior teaching, training, or instructional experience required
ā¢ Experience developing and delivering online or virtual courses
ā¢ Strong knowledge of New York real estate laws, contracts, ethics, and practices
ā¢ Excellent communication and presentation skills
ā¢ Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ Fluency or proficiency in Mandarin
ā¢ Experience teaching bilingual or multilingual students
ā¢ Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online teaching platforms
ā¢ Background in adult education or professional licensing programs
