Real Estate Closing Processor (Remote | Full-Time | 2PM–10PM EST)
Job Summary
Comfortable Closings is a fast-growing nationwide signing service that partners with title companies, mortgage lenders, and financial institutions to help them locate notaries across America for real estate closings.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Closing Processor. This role is responsible for ensuring real estate closing documents are executed accurately, correctly, and efficiently. You will work closely with notaries providing them with instructions and reviewing the executed documents after each closing. The Closing Processor will also be responsible for ensuring closing documents are returned to our client's office in a timely manner by monitoring the UPS and Fedex website.
This is a critical role that directly impacts the success of each closing which in return effects client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoying consistent work. He or she must have patience as some orders take longer than others and require critical thinking and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate also must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
Duties
• Provide accurate instructions to notaries before each appointment
• Review documents after each closing to ensure accuracy and prevent funding delays
• Monitor shipping status to ensure a timely delivery to our clients' office
• Handle last minute changes with appointments, cancellations, and urgent requests
• Monitor orders to ensure they are completed on time
• Communicate with internal team members to ensure daily success

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment (THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT SKILL TO HAVE AT OUR COMPANY)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems quickly

Compensation
• $40,000 - $55,000 (based on experience)
