Real Estate Business Development Representative Matos Group | Coldwell Banker Realty – Short Hills Remote | 1099 Commission-Based Position Overview Matos Group with Coldwell Banker Realty – Short Hills is seeking a motivated Real Estate Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, independent contractor (1099)role focused on prospecting, cold calling, and lead follow-upto identify motivated buyers and sellers and set appointments for our licensed agents. This position is ideal for a strong communicator who enjoys outbound calling, relationship-building, and performance-based compensation. Responsibilities • Make high-volume outbound calls to provided and self-sourced leads • Prospect for new buyer and seller opportunities • Follow up consistently with new and existing leads via phone, text, and email • Qualify prospects and identify motivation, timeline, and readiness • Set appointments for Matos Group agents • Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM • Meet or exceed weekly activity and appointment-setting goals Qualifications • No real estate license required • Strong phone presence and communication skills • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting • Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote work environment • Reliable internet, phone, and quiet workspace • Sales, call center, or real estate experience preferred (not required) Compensation • 1099 independent contractor • Commission-based compensation(paid per qualified appointment and/or closed transaction, depending on structure) • Performance-driven income with growth potential What We Offer • Fully remote position with flexible scheduling • Proven scripts, systems, and training • Supportive team environment with a high-producing real estate group • Opportunity to grow into a long-term role with increased responsibility Job Type: Contract Pay: $1.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Work from home Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
