Real Estate Attorney | Up to $250k base | Fully Remote

Location: California (Hybrid / Remote / On-site – specify) About Law Firm: Our client is a dynamic, full-service law firm with a strong presence in California’s real estate market. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, client-focused legal solutions in complex real estate transactions and litigation, development, land use, financing, and dispute resolution. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Real Estate Attorney to join their team and support their expanding practice. What You’ll Do • Provide legal advice and representation on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, land use, zoning, and development. • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing agreements, and other transactional documents. • Work collaboratively with clients, land planners, lenders, surveyors, architects, and other stakeholders. • Support dispute resolution related to real estate, including working with litigation teams as needed. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
