Real Estate Attorney (Lateral, Shareholder/Partner Level)
Flaster Greenberg PC is seeking a real estate transactional attorney for its real estate group. This position will be based out of our Philadelphia or Cherry Hill offices, with flexibility to work remotely. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex matters in a firm that offers a collegial atmosphere and a team oriented approach to meeting our client’s needs. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, entrepreneurial attorney with real estate transactional experience managing sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating leases and purchase and sale contracts, including related document preparation, financing and closings.
• 6+ years of related experience in real estate transactional legal work.
• Excellent interpersonal and client servicing skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• JD required. NJ and PA bars, required.
