Job Title: Real Estate Assistant / Transaction Coordinator
Location: South/central florida
Job Type: Part-Time (10-20 hrs week)
Salary: $25/hour
Job Summary
Experienced Real Estate Assistant needed to support a busy real estate agent/investor. Handle transaction coordination, utility transfers, email responses, and phone communication with agents. Minimum 3 years relevant experience required.
Perfect for agent that is looking for extra income.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Coordinate transactions from contract to close (timelines, documents, compliance)
β’ Start/stop utilities for clients
β’ Respond to emails promptly and professionally
β’ Communicate with agents, clients, and vendors by phone
β’ Manage transaction files, checklists, and CRM updates
β’ Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements
β’ 3+ years as a Real Estate Assistant or Transaction Coordinator or Agent
β’ Strong knowledge of real estate transaction process and paperwork
β’ Experience coordinating utilities
β’ Excellent phone and email communication skills
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, DocuSign, Dotloop or similar
β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
β’ Real estate license a plus
