Real Estate Assistant & Marketing Coordinator
Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Assist with transaction coordination, administrative tasks, and maintaining client records.
ā¢ Contribute to creative marketing efforts, including social media, photography, video editing, and online content creation.
ā¢ Learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry through one-on-one mentorship and hands-on experience.
Field Work:
ā¢ Attend client appointments , Open Houses, Photo Shoots, Marketing Events, and property viewings across town.
ā¢ Install Signs & Lockboxes.

Qualifications:
ā¢ Current real estate license in North and/or South Carolina, or actively pursuing licensure.

ā¢ Prior experience in real estate, transaction coordination, or a related field is a plus but not required.
ā¢ Additional Requirements:
ā¢ This role requires reliable transportation for attending showings/ open houses / appointments.
ā¢ Must own a smartphone and a laptop, as these devices will be essential for the job. (These are not provided by the company.)
Employment Details:
ā¢ Status: Part-Time (with potential for growth to full-time)
ā¢ Compensation: Paid hourly
ā¢ Work Location: In-office at 5800 Campbell Road, York, SC, with occasional off-site client visits.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 ā 50 per week
