• Handling pre-qualified leads and guiding them through the buying/selling process
• Preparing and managing contracts, purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents
• Providing expert guidance and regular follow-ups to turn prospects into happy clients
• Hosting open houses and giving clients insights into their local markets
Matching clients with homes that suit their needs, preferences, and budgets
What We’re Looking For:
A valid Real Estate License (or willingness to get one—we’ll help!)
Strong communication and people skills
Familiarity with the local market or ability to learn quickly
High school diploma required; college degree is a plus
Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
