The role focuses on listing and selling residential real estate, providing exceptional service to clients, and leveraging in-house operational support to close multiple transactions each month.
Responsibilities
List and sell residential real estate, guiding buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process.

Conduct property evaluations and prepare market analyses to ensure accurate pricing.

Stay responsive and available to your buyers and sellers, providing exceptional service.

Use our CRM and systems to stay organized and maintain a steady pipeline of business.

Maintain an active Florida Real Estate License.
Requirements
Valid Florida Real Estate License (Required).

1 year of sales experience (Preferred).
