Work remotely, anywhere in California. Great commission cuts. Training and support from Broker. Assistance with marketing and leads.
We are established with many associations in several areas in California.

Duties
ā¢ Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
ā¢ Conduct market research to stay informed about property values and trends.
ā¢ Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
ā¢ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations throughout all transactions.
ā¢ Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively.
ā¢ Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.
ā¢ Manage property listings on various platforms to maximize visibility.
Requirements
ā¢ Valid real estate license in the state of California.
ā¢ * Strong understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
ā¢ Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving client satisfaction.
ā¢ Spanish, Chinese, and Armenian speakers desireable.
ā¢ * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
ā¢ Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and documentation processes.
ā¢ Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is essential for compliance.
ā¢ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
