Position Overview
We are hiring a Remote Real Estate Sales Associate who is passionate about residential real estate in Southern California. This is a remote position, but candidates must live within our service areas and be actively licensed in California.

• Active California Real Estate License
• Resides in Southern California (Orange, Riverside, San Diego, Los Angeles, or San Bernardino County)

• Familiarity with SoCal cities and neighborhoods
• Tech-comfortable (CRM tools, digital marketing, lead follow-up platforms)
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Understanding of prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
