Networking and prospecting will be key components of your job, as you will work closely with Mortgage Brokers, other Real Estate Agents, Home Inspectors, Lawyers, and Lenders. Additionally, you will be responsible for transaction negotiation, preparing documentation for property closing, leasing, and other contracts, as well as showcasing listings by gathering properties of interest to your clients.
