Real Estate Acquisitions Representative
Position Summary:
We're a real estate wholesaling company operating in Florida and the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) markets looking for a full-time remote Acquisitions Representative to find and lock up off-market and on-market deals through MLS/agent outreach. This is a full acquisitions role, so your primary responsibilities will be sourcing properties, building agent relationships, running discovery calls, submitting offers, and negotiating contracts. You are not involved in selling the deal, or the dispositions process, just acquisitions. Training and all tools provided. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
About Consistent Homebuyers:
We're a lean operation focused on consistent deal flow across two markets. You'll work directly with the owner. If you perform, you'll know it immediately through your commission checks. We're looking for someone who wants to build something with us long-term, not just clock hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source on-market investment properties daily using Privy and Zillow in FL and DMV markets
• Contact listing agents and conduct discovery calls (Condition, Occupancy, Motivation, Price, Timeline)
• Submit 5 verbal/written offers per day to listing agents
• Negotiate and lock up contracts at the best possible price
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (GoHighLevel)
Compensation:
• $8-10/hr base (depending on experience)
• 3% commission on assignment fee for every deal you close
• Realistic earning potential: $2,000-2,700+/month at 2 deals/month
Requirements:
• Must have lived in the US or Canada as an adult (18+) for at least 2 years
• Clean English diction — no heavy accents
• 1+ year of phone sales, cold calling, or real estate experience
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
• Must be comfortable receiving direct feedback and implementing it immediately
• Reliable power and internet — you are responsible for backup solutions if outages are common in your area
Technical Requirements:
• Computer with updated OS, 8GB RAM minimum
• Hardwired internet: 30 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload / under 50ms ping
• USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
• Quiet workspace with no background noise
• Government-issued ID
Schedule:
• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Must be available during US Eastern business hours (9 AM - 6 PM EST)
