Real Estate Acquisitions Associate (Commission Only) – Connecticut
Casey Capital is a Connecticut-based real estate investment firm focused on acquiring residential properties through on-market, off-market, and creative finance strategies. We are hiring entry-level Real Estate Acquisitions Associates to help source, analyze, and execute investment deals across Connecticut. This is a commission-only, performance-based role designed for motivated individuals who want real exposure to real estate investing and acquisitions — not administrative work. No prior real estate experience is required. Training and systems are provided. What You’ll Do • Identify on-market and off-market residential investment opportunities • Analyze properties against a defined investment buy box • Communicate with homeowners, real estate agents, and internal team members • Assist in negotiating and structuring acquisitions (including creative finance) • Support deals from initial lead through contract and closing This is a territory-based role. You will be assigned a specific Connecticut market (or bundle of towns) once hired. Compensation • Commission-only • Paid per closed deal • Compensation is funded directly from deal proceeds • No base salary or hourly pay • No cap on earnings This role is best suited for individuals who want performance-based upside, not guaranteed income.
