React.js Frontend Developer

Overview We are seeking a React.js Frontend Developer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, efficient, and scalable user interfaces. The ideal candidate can showcase a portfolio of production-grade applications that demonstrate excellence in user interface design, performance optimization, and adherence to modern frameworks and standards. This role requires someone who can drive productivity while collaborating seamlessly with both onshore and offshore teams. Responsibilities • Build and maintain efficient, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js. • Implement UI frameworks, design systems, and coding standards to ensure consistency across products. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and distributed engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences. • Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and maintainability. • Conduct code reviews and contribute to raising engineering standards. Requirements • Provide a portfolio of prior work demonstrating strong user interface design and implementation. • Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. • Demonstrated experience building production-grade user interfaces (portfolio required). • Proven ability to work effectively with distributed teams across time zones (onshore/offshore). • Understanding of user interface performance optimization techniques. • Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or equivalent). • Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly reason about design and code decisions. Nice to Have • Experience with Next.js or other SSR frameworks. • Proficiency with TypeScript. • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library). • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices. • Prior experience with design systems (Storybook, Material UI, Tailwind, etc.).
