React + TypeScript UI Developer (AI-Assisted) – SaaS CRM Dashboards
We are building a custom internal CRM for a growing multi-location music academy (1,800+ weekly students, scaling toward 10 locations).
The backend architecture is already built using Supabase (Postgres + Auth), AWS (hosting + background services), and RingCentral (communications ingestion via webhooks).
We are now looking for a rapid, frontend-focused developer to work alongside our backend architect to build and polish dashboard interfaces and workflow-driven UI modules.
This role is focused on frontend velocity and usability. You will not be responsible for infrastructure or backend architecture.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build dashboard screens using existing REST API endpoints
Create fast data tables with filters, search, pagination
Implement clean admin CRUD interfaces (add/edit staff, clients, lessons)
Build workflow UI (tasks, transitions, summaries)
Improve UX clarity and speed for internal staff users
Use AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development
Deliver small, complete UI modules weekly
Current Priority Modules
Customer Service Dashboard
Transition Dashboard (batch filtering + checklist UI)
Tasks module (linked to clients)
AI communication summary display layer
Tech Context
Backend is already implemented using:
Supabase (Postgres + Auth)
AWS (hosting + background processing)
RingCentral (webhook-based communication ingestion)
You will primarily consume existing REST API endpoints.
You are not responsible for configuring AWS infrastructure or database schema design.
Ideal Candidate
Strong React + TypeScript experience
Comfortable consuming REST APIs (pagination, filters, auth headers)
Experience building SaaS dashboards or internal admin tools
Fast implementer who leverages AI coding tools daily
Understands how to work alongside a backend architect
Clear communicator, structured thinker
Comfortable working in an iterative, delivery-focused environment
Not a Fit If You
Prefer backend-heavy architecture work
Want to redesign infrastructure
Work slowly without AI assistance
Primarily build marketing websites
Need heavy supervision
Engagement Details
Part-time to start (15–25 hours/week)
Immediate start
Weekly demo required
Task-based deliverables with hour estimates
Potential for longer-term role if velocity is strong
