Re-Bath of Utah and Colorado is still growing! We are looking for an additional Appointment Setter to join our growing Appointment Setting team and build relationships between our company and major home improvement retail stores. Qualified candidates will be outgoing, dependable, and customer service-focused. This position will be responsible for talking with potential customers through our process and will also work with potential clients to identify if the Re-Bath solution or Cabinet Makeover kitchen refacing is a good fit for both of us! They come to us, there is no cold calling.

Since 1978, Re-Bath is the nation’s largest bathroom remodeler and has completed over 1,000,000+ bathroom remodels. Our customers love our premium materials and streamlined process. It's not the 1990s, and we don't always have to send someone straight to your home. Individuals working in this position are assigned a full workload of potential customer appointments from our home improvement retail store locations (Lowe’s & Home Depot) to assist in scheduling appointments. Again, there is no cold calling.
We are looking for someone who can confidently log calls through our software, log into Microsoft Teams, meet virtually with your coworkers, and drive setting appointments. We are looking for motivated individuals who strive to consistently reach their goals and help make customer connections.
The work from home shift we are specifically hiring is Tuesday - Friday 10 am to 7 pm, Saturday 8 am to 4 pm
Job Requirements
• This is a work-from-home position located in Utah with a monthly in-person meeting in Salt Lake City
• Must be comfortable in a home improvement store environment, specifically what a “shower” is compared to a “sprinkler system”
• Reliable internet
• Must be self-driven and be able to work independently, but not be a jerk when someone needs help
• Must be able to approach customers with professionalism and confidence
• Previous employment with Home Depot or Lowe's (or both!) an additional PLUS
• Background checks are part of our hiring process
• Be 21 years of age with a Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to travel within the metro with reliable transportation if needed
• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work or military experience, preferred
• Know how to find the onramp to the information super highway known as the “worldwide web”
• Proficient with Microsft Office - Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
