Location: Open to full-time remote if based outside of an applicable office location. Expectation would be hybrid if commutable to an M&T Realty Capital office. Overview: The primary function of this position is the servicing and asset management of multifamily loans originated by M&T Realty Capital Corporation for Fannie Mae. Primary Responsibilities: Review, analysis and processing of complex financial statements, performing and reviewing property inspections Completing reserve for replacement and non-critical draw requests Escrow processing, and the review and processing of easement requests, ownership changes and other servicing and asset management functions that may arise Other responsibilities may include the processing of construction and sub rehabilitation loans, and all job functions related to those transactions Additional responsibilities include training, coaching and otherwise provide guidance to less experienced Servicing staff and serve as a point of reference for servicing and asset management related questions Throughout the life cycle of each assigned loan, serve as the key point of customer contact with the borrower on servicing- and asset management-related matters. Intermediary agency and M&TRCC ensuring timely and accurate upload of financials, inspections and release from escrows in accordance with program requirements. Willingness to travel out of state and stay overnight. Complete other related duties as assigned. Strong communication skills. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel. Ability to function effectively as a team member. Detail oriented and good time management skills. Education and Experience Preferred: 6 years' of previous loan administration, asset management/servicing or underwriting experience relating to complex multifamily/commercial real estate loan transactions M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $107,656.56 - $179,427.60 Annual (USD).
