The Raw Material Administration Analyst role involves maintaining accurate data and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external partners to support operational excellence and enhance team processes. Responsibilities Send out Print and Garment Dye Requests each season Review and analyze trackers and follow up with vendors and developers as needed Participate in check-in meetings to exchange important development information Prepare reports, summaries, and status updates ahead of meetings Build strong relationships with vendors, providing clear delivery directions and seasonal readiness expectations Understand key business drivers and apply to daily tasks Track and support Garment Dye Developments Track Opacity Dips and Yardage Skills Strong organizational and time-management skills, extremely organized and thorough, and able to manage multiple calendars within tight deadlines Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools (such as Excel, Smartsheet, Sharepoint, and FlexPLM) Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, Ability to prioritize tasks and to work with a large amount of detail without losing sight of the big picture Ability to collaborate effectively across teams Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role Benefits Extended health and dental benefits, and mental health plans Paid time off Savings and retirement plan matching Generous employee discount Fitness & yoga classes Parenthood top-up Extensive catalog of development course offerings People networks, mentorship programs, and leadership series Company Overview Lululemon is a technical athletic apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other sweaty pursuits.
