Quote Specialist

We are seeking a driven and analytical Quote Specialist to identify, develop, and manage supplier relationships while maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer service and working capital goals. This role plays a critical part in ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery performance across our supply chain. What You’ll Do Obtain timely supplier quotations to support Sales inquiries and new business opportunities Maintain accurate system records within ERP Evaluate and manage suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and delivery performance Drive continuous improvement through vendor management and performance tracking Negotiate terms including pricing, delivery, freight, and service levels Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Quality, Accounting, Operations, and Purchasing Adhere to ISO procedures, Work Instructions, and Standard Procedures What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent industry experience Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines High sense of urgency and customer commitment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn ERP systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $70,000 – $90,000 annually PTO Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short- and long-term disability Company-matched 401(k) About Endries International Inc.
