General Overview:
As an independent consultant, you will provide expert-level training, bookkeeping, and accounting services to clients using QuickBooks, Acumatica, or NetSuite. Your services will focus on optimizing accounting processes, providing system implementation support, and delivering tailored financial consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Design and Implement Accounting Processes: Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing efficient accounting processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Ā Lead System Implementations/Conversions: Utilize your experience to lead system implementations and conversions, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal performance.
Ā Project Management: Lead small-scale projects independently from initiation to completion while ensuring timely and effective completion.
Ā Client-Facing Engagement: Utilize your past success in client-facing roles to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
Ā Delivering QuickBooks Training and Consultation: Empower existing clients through personalized training sessions and expert consultation, resolving software glitches and refining operational processes to enhance efficiency.
Ā End-to-End Bookkeeping and Accounting Services: Execute diverse accounting duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, and monthly financial closures, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage.
Ā Financial Operational Support: Perform File Assessments for clients by maintaining accuracy in bank and credit card reconciliations, handling AP and AR transactions accurately, and assisting in month-end close preparation.
Ā Client File Management: Maintain meticulous records in client databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Ā Client Engagement and Acquisition: Proactively schedule appointments with potential clients for training sessions and ongoing services.
Ā Timely Hours Logging: Diligently record your work hours in our CRM system.

Ā Autonomous Client Management: Independently oversee client relationships, demonstrating initiative and proactiveness in delivering exceptional service.

Required Skills:
