Role: Quality Lead (QA Leadership & Test Automation) Location: Remote Duration:6+Months Visa: and GC Required Qualifications Technical Expertise • 5+ years of QA leadership experience with proven track record of managing QA teams and complex testing programs • Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress) and programming languages (TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java) • Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, API, and security testing • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) • Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Azure Test Plans) and defect tracking systems Leadership & Communication • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing QA teams in agile/DevOps environments • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to present to senior leadership • Strong project management capabilities with experience managing multiple concurrent testing initiatives • Proven mentoring and training skills to elevate team capabilities and establish best practices Industry Knowledge • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field • ISTQB, CSTE, or ASQ certifications preferred • Experience in agile/scrum methodologies and modern software development practices • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and microservices architectures Apply tot his job
